Sanitary Recirculating Kit

Add a Sanitary Recirculating Loop to any Stainless Steel Vessel or Food-Grade Brute can!

Recirculating Techniques can be used during the solventless extraction processing as a way to save time, ice, and water!

The Sanitary Recirculating Kit includes: 

1x – 1.5″ Tri-Clamp Butterfly Valve – Squeeze Trigger Handle

1x – 4ft Sanitary Transfer Hose (White EPDM or Clear Pliovic®)

1x – 6ft Sanitary Transfer Hose (White EPDM or Clear Pliovic®)

5x – 1.5″ Single Pin Tri-Clamp

5x – 1.5″ Tri-Clamp Gasket (EPDM)

1x – Chugger Pump (Max-17GPM or Mini-7GPM)  

2x – 1.5″ Stainless Steel Tri-Clamp Bulk Head (optional- for Brute can setups)

The Sanitary Transfer Hoses both have an inner tube and cover that is comprised of all FDA/USDA/3-A Sanitary Standard 18-03 compliant materials.

These sanitary hoses are designed with a smooth FDA approved interior, which prevents anything from getting trapped in the hose during the recirculating process, and also allows for them to be easily cleaned in place before and after use.

These sanitary hoses are very well insulated which helps keep the water in your system nice and cold!
